What the rules are, and why they cost you money
- Pure white background — RGB (255,255,255). Amazon's words: off-white or gray backdrops are not allowed. Most home studio shots land at 248–252 and fail.
- The product must fill at least 85% of the frame (80% in jewellery). Generous margins are the most common reason a technically fine photo gets hidden.
- At least 500 px on the longest side — Amazon cannot accept anything smaller — and 1000 px or more is what turns the zoom feature on. We deliver at 1600 px or more.
- No text, logos, badges, watermarks or props on the main image — the product only.
- The whole product inside the frame, with nothing cut off and no frame, line, border or shadow touching the edge.
- No transparency, and the image must accurately represent the item.
A suppressed listing is invisible in search. It earns nothing while it stays that way, and it is usually a two-minute fix once you know which rule broke.

You pay after you have seen the file. The report and the corrected image come first, with the invoice. Pay by ACH if you are in the US, or by SEPA transfer if you are in Europe — both are ordinary domestic transfers on your side, so neither costs you an international wire fee. If the delivered file fails your own check, the refund is in full within 7 days.
We do not guess and we do not hand over work that would not pass: every file is re-checked against the rules above before it goes back to you. If your product is one we cannot fix well — hair, fur, glass, jewellery chains, fine mesh — we will tell you rather than send you something sloppy.
